A qualified Architect is a person registered with the professional membership board in the country in which they practice. An architect is able to run projects, sign off design work and mentor assistants. For larger projects that require project teams, the architect will usually report to the Project Architect who is running the job. The main market for Architects is, of course, the architectural practices. That said, we also introduce architects to developers, retailers, property consultancies and contractor organisations.
