Commercial Manager
Typical Commercial Manager jobs will involve working for an outsourced facilities partner. Managers support the sales team in the development of commercial solutions for bids. They analyse existing contracts for risks and opportunities, develop risk management strategies and prepare internal commercial reports. Also, they support negotiations of terms and conditions of contract with client and major subcontract partners. Other duties in commercial manager jobs include the modelling of payment mechanism and liabilities as well as close liaison with group legal, group insurance manager, estimating and procurement on all bids to ensure all commercial issues are covered off in the bids and existing contracts.
