Macdonald & Company’s Social Housing team provides complete housing recruitment solutions to Developers, Registered Social Landlords and Housing Contractors nationally. Our specialist  housing recruitment consultants are able to provide tailored housing recruitment solutions particularly in the £50,000 to £150,000 salary range. Typically we recruit:

RSL: Registered Social Landlords provide homes and housing services to people in housing need. There are various types of organisations; many are Housing Organisations or Cooperatives, some are charitable trusts and others are known as local or social housing companies. They vary in size from those owning a few homes to country-wide landlords with over 70,000 tenants. 

 

Affordable Housing Contractors: These are specialist contractors building for RSLs or looking after refurbishment programmes on their behalf.
