Most Facilities Assistant jobs involve shadowing the Facilities Manager on the day to day operational running of a building or buildings and in general holding a role of a deputy. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the assistant can have a range of responsibilities including staff management, contract management, budget management and basic H&S responsibilities.
