Working for an expanding international real estate consultancy, you will be required to sit within the wider Valuations group and develop a newly established team by winning new business and providing a full spectrum of Business Valuation advisory and reporting tasks across Asia, based from Hong Kong. You will use recognised methods and guidelines as well as extensive Asia market knowledge to advise and value company assets for financial reporting, company restructure, M&A, JVs, public flotation or IPO. This will include intangible assets such as franchises, trademarks and patents as well as financial guarantees, bonds and stock. You will have a solid track record in delivering statistical knowledge in the form of presentations and reports, modeling and undertaking valuations for financial institutions. You will have a background in Accounting or Finance and will hold CPA/CFA qualifications. Mandarin fluency is highly desirable. Salary will be in the region oh HKD $50-60k for AD level, up to c. HKD $80k for Director.
