Superb opportunity to join a rapidly growing Total FM service provider with International scope and a highly recognisable brand in the UK. You will occupy a senior role in the Bidding team responsible for large scale Total FM outsourcing opportunities, in Health, Education and Local Authority primarily, and is also active in the Private sector. Proven experience in a similar role within the FM industry (working for either an FM service provider or an FM Consultancy) will be essential. Candidates must also demonstrate the capacity to develop innovative bid solutions and will be able to estimate Hard FM services if required. In terms of personal attributes we're seeking a confident, articulate and polished individual comfortable presenting at high level, with good attention to detail and a logical organised approach to managing their workload.
