Our client is an Estates Agent management company that has been in existence for 40 years, with 450 buildings in their portfolio ranging from industrial, commercial and residential. They have since become part of a group of companies who do developments on behalf of the group. The group also has a permanent building improvement centre in JHB which has an interest in aviation and a small portfolio on the Johannesburg stock exchange. This expanding group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all operational aspects of a 45 unit block on flats in the Southern Suburbs of JHB. Working on-site, you will be provided with free accommodation which will be incorporated into you annual package.
