Working in commercial fit-out our client has asked us to draw up a shortlist for someone capable of managing the electrical contractors on site during commercial refurbishments. The majority of the projects will be based from Canary Wharf and the City. Typical projects will be interiors fit-out of highly-serviced premises, often partially occupied. You will likely be from a trades or site management background, familiar with the role of clerk of works. And taking into account the nature of the works ideally be from an electrical background or familiarity in controlling electrical trades. For a salary in the region of Ł34,000 to Ł42,000 per annum.
