| A leading corporate client based in Surrey has an immediate requirement for an Temporary Estates Surveyor. The mixed portfolio of approximately 300 premises is nationwide - as a qualified surveyor you will be required to provide: Effective estate management of all operational premises; acquisition & disposal; negotiating of development agreements; rent reviews & lease renewals; liaison with planning consultant involving application for change of on operational premises; manage external agents and lawyers; report to board and senior manager on all aspect of the portfolio. This opportunity is being considered as a permanent appointment and will attract £45,000-£50,000 if the successful candidate is transferred from temporary to permanent.
