Our client is a well known regional property consultancy, based around the midlands area. This company are seeking to recruit a graduate surveyor who possesses a minimum (essential) of 12 months practical experience, obtained from working within a rating department. The successful candidate will have practical experience of all aspects of the rating process including undertaking assessments and appeals under the current 2005/10 list. Applicants must have excellent negotiation skills and may come from either the private or public sector (VO). APC training will be provided where required. Salary and package will reflect experience.
