| We are looking to recruit an investment analyst for our client. They are seeking a person who is intellectually curious with strong analytical skills to work in a communicative and open culture. The successful person will analyse existing and proposed real estate investments across the UK and Europe. The company invest in direct property, joint ventures and investment funds. The main responsibilities of the role will include the evaluation of new investment opportunities, the implementation of strategy for acquisitions, disposals and restructuring and recommending and reporting on purchases, sales and other transactions. There will be liaison with external fund managers and other stakeholders and the investment analyst will provide input into investment decision making across the investment portfolio. |
