| Our client is a leading Hong Kong Developer and they have a large property portfolio all over China. They are currently looking for high caliber to join their office leasing team. This role is to be stationed in Hong Kong for their China portfolio such as Shanghai, Guangzhou and Tianjin. These are Grade-A Landmark office compound located at strategic location in the cities. Candidates shall have proven experience in PRC Office Leasing. Familiarise with PRC leasing practice and with good local connection as well as international client base. Candidate shall possess at least 8 years office leasing with 3 years or above PRC experience. Good spoken Mandarin and English. Attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful applicant. |
