| One of the UKs most respected property consultancies is looking for an Associate or Partner level candidate to join their Residential valuations team. Youll take responsibility for the valuation of existing investment portfolios (the product ranges from off plan deals to standing tenanted stock, portfolios, unbroken blocks and smaller multi unit deals) as well as winning new business. The role also involves undertaking all detailed research necessary for the valuation and reporting of these properties and ultimately being responsible for signing off on the valuation. There is the potential for this postholder to become involved in the agency side of the business but valuation work will form the focus of the role. |
