| Our client is a leading real estate private equity fund who is seeking a Senior Investment Director to be based in Hong Kong and focus on the PRC market. The investment director will be responsible for originating, negotiating, structuring and executing real estate investments in PRC . The Senior Investment Director must be fluent in both English and Mandarin and have 15+ years of work experience within Real Estate Development with a proven track record in China. The Senior Investment Director will develop and implement fund investment and management strategy for the fund and be responsible for the quality of the investment sourcing, execution and monitoring of investment performance. The package on offer is very competitive and will offer carried interest in the fund. |
