| We are currently looking to recruit a candidate to lead the residential real estate investment and asset management strategy for our banking client. You will ensure that the bank adopts the best strategy for recovering loan value for each individual case and for the overall book by providing expert property advice/solutions and ensure that all the necessary information is provided to maximise the banks exit policy. The main accountabilities will be to provide specific support to case teams on residential property investment portfolios providing options and appropriate strategy. Prepare option papers setting out strategies and options for each residential connection, including comprehensive financial analysis with the ability to analyse, prepare and present on opportunities to the appropriate parties. Manage internal team to ensure effective real estate solutions are delivered across the residential loan book. Manage transactions for approved strategies. Manage external management/sales teams to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of strategies. Develop the range of deleverage options and maintain the case pipeline database and ensure it is regularly updated. To be successful candidates should have a proven track record in the residential real estate sector, ideally working specifically in a residential fund management role. You will have a good knowledge of markets across the UK and an understanding of banking and financial tools available. Finally it is most likely that you will be a qualified surveyor. |
