You will be responsible for creating and managing a program of vendor assurance and in doing so providing the company with suitable risk management for its suppliers. You will have a good idea of food safety and have a strong ability to identify risk in both catering and FM environments. Strong communication and flexibility as well as an appropriate quality qualification are essential.
