CFO - Retail Mall - China

Our client is a leading private equity and fund manageemnt business rm that requires a CFO to join its expanding Real Estate Investment Management Team which focuses on Greater China. The CFO will report to the Board of Directors of the fund and will work on secondment at the Project level. The CFO will provide overall direction in supervising the finance functions for this project company. The CFO will supervise the finance of the project company invested by the funds and monitor the financial and management accounts. The CFO will provide overall direction for accounting, financial reporting, tax and budget activities for the project company and its projects/divisions. Applicants must have be a CPA or Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with the latest 5 years gained working at project level, ideally within Retail Projects in China. Strong management experience is required. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a pre-requisite along with a proven track record in Greater China..
