Operations Manager

Operations Manager required by a small but growing soft facilities services provider. Based in the North West, my client provides cleaning and security management services to a range of high profile clients, including automotive, food retail and law firms. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day to day provision of service, oversee P&L, and manage and develop a team of c. 100 staff. I am looking for candidates with experience in managing soft FM operations (cleaning/security) gained in working for a service provider. Demonstrable experience in account growth is desirable.
