Valuation Surveyor

My client is leading national private practice specialising in all professional and advisory services across multiple commercial market real estate sectors. This client is now looking for a MRICS qualified general practice commercial valuer to join their expanding multi-sector valuation team. The right individual will have strong commercial valuations experience focussed on bank and loan securitisation valuation. The role will involve servicing a wide ranging client base. Multi-sector valuation experience is a highly desirable as the role will be focussed on offices, industrial, retail and the student accommodation sectors.
