Bio
Roberta originally joined Macdonald & Company in 2003 as a Consultant on the Technical team in London. She worked her way up to the role of UK Operations Director which she held for a number of years until 2014. After a short time away Roberta returned in 2019 to her roots as a billing Director, recruiting within the Development & Technical disciplines servicing developers, investors, funds, institutions, occupiers, real estate consultants and property companies in all aspects of Search & Selection recruitment assignments both in the UK and International markets.
Roberta is focused on building long term relationships, through a tailored service offering ensuring that both client and candidates have a positive experience from inception to completion of a process.
Recent placements have ranged from Development or Project Managers to Project Directors and Head of Departments or Divisions within our Investment, Family office, Developer and Private Equity clients base.
