Property Analyst

Property Analyst Jobs refer to analysts that can assess a financial opportunity, be it present or potential future investment.  To then provide a report as to the current health of the finance or portfolio, or to the potential economic viability of a project under consideration. Responsibilities will generally include: writing property analysis reports for financial/cash flow modeling, writing investment reports and assisting asset managers with cost/benefit analysis and portfolio enhancing opportunities.
