Property Management

As a Property Manager, you will undertake all aspects of day to day management in respect of commercial, retail and residential property acting on behalf of funds, property companies, private investors etc managing their property interests.  The potential candidate would usually be employed by a Consultancy who offer a property management service to Investors for a fee.  Some investors do have in-house commercial property management teams however the function tends to be outsourced.

Commercial and Residential Property Manager jobs involve day to day management of the property including rent collection, service charge management, repairs and maintenance and landlord and tenant issues. They will also put forward recommendations to clients with regard to asset initiatives. Some consultancies offer specialist property management teams who may focus on a specific property sector such as a commercial property.
