Before Kate joined Countryside she was a member of the fledging development department at Wates Residential joining from regeneration specialist First Base. Kate talks about the allure of the champagne lifestyle of a developer in Australia, to the attractions of London’s nightlife in her twenties all the way up to the desire to “build others up” as she is now in a position to do so.
