The Brief
Macdonald & Company were asked devise a recruitment strategy for a new concept and new brand in the congested London development market. Since 2015 Macdonald & Company has been exclusive recruitment partner to Pocket Living, enabling it to meet year-on-year double growth for the past 4 years. We have helped to place 80 professionals in the company, from Land Buyers, Project Managers and Design to Finance, Marketing and Sales positions.
