Job Summary
Are you looking for a role where you will autonomously manage an extensive and varied portfolio?A well known national business requires an estates surveyor to identify, lead and negotiate all commercial and corporate real estate transactions, to include the creation, and subsequent delivery of, an estate rationalisation strategy. You will be the client point of contact for the operational portfolio, dealing with boundary disputes, easements and ownership queries, reviewing leases, organising repairs and maintenance inspections in conjunction with project colleagues. Rent and service charge management, along with freehold and leasehold valuations to red book standard will maximise efficiency of this extensive portfolio. This is a national portfolio, with flexible working.
Excellent hourly/ daily rates on offer for this three month contract, with potential to extend.
