With a directive to dispose of nearly R1billion in commercial property assets in order to create capital for a new fund, their transactional arm is on the lookout to hire a highly networked individual to take charge of this multi-million-rand endeavour. Working closely with existing clients, the primary focus of the role will be to source new, sound investors before negotiating and closing complex property deals. To accomplish this, you will need to collaborate with internal team members, maintain a strong presence online & in person at a wide variety of industry events and ensure that all possible leads are investigated thoroughly.
As this is a senior role within their team, our client will only consider those with a minimum 10 years’ commercial real estate experience in investment sales with a demonstratable track record of success. A university degree and PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate is essential, as is a keen understanding of property financing and valuations methods.
