Job Summary
Highly successful commercial property development company have need for a non-executive director, to be involved in the next step of their journey.The role requires a property professional, proficient at operating at board level within a similar Property Company/Developer environment. The role will require a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, who can demonstrate experience in high level, strategic planning and execution. The successful applicants will also be able to analyse market evidence and make sound assessments of the business needs.
This post requires circa 2 days per months and remuneration will be commensurate with experience. The role demands someone familiar with the northern property world.
