Job Summary
Our client is a lean real estate firm that provides innovative solutions to their clients. Their compact size enables them to give personalized attention to each client, offering services such as property sales, repairs, maintenance, meter readings, rental collection, and sectional title management. Due to a current staff vacancy, they are seeking 2 Sectional Title Portfolio Managers to oversee a portfolio of buildings in the Northern and Southern suburbs of Johannesburg, each comprising 24-30 complexes.Joining their team, you will be reporting directly to the MD, with a Portfolio Assistant to lend a hand with day-to-day administration. Tasks such as budgeting, liaising with owners and trustees, reporting on financial cashflow, attending AGM’s and SGM’s, and drafting notices. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting notices, ensuring that levies are collected, liaising with insurance companies and ensuring that all maintenance is completed.
In order to be eligible for this position, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager, possess a Paddocks certificate, demonstrate proficiency in using WeConnectU, and have their own vehicle. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
