Job Summary
Are you at the start of your career in Surveying and looking for a role offering support and fantastic exposure across a mix of commercial assets?We are currently working exclusively with a local government client based in Kent who are seeking an Assistant Estates Surveyor to join a supportive and ambitious team.
As part of a dedicated group of surveyors you will Provide support to surveyors on a range of portfolio projects ensuring, all necessary actions are taken to maximise value, minimise operational costs / liabilities and promote efficient use of assets
This role is offering up to £32,000 with a hybrid working policy of c. 2/3 days per week in the office with one day designated to site visits.
