Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote their products/services and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram S LinkedIn) to engage with the audience, create compelling content, and drive community growth (Organic/ Paid).
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows to nurture and retain leads
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive
  • Have an understanding of PPC and Social Media Marketing Advertising to support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and their external marketing agency
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and
  • Collaborate with the design agencies to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Organise and support residence photoshoots/ videography
Requirements of the Digital Marketing Executive
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid search, social media (organic S paid) and email
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products, including Photoshop and InDesign, to create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns (Not required but beneficial).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A Rewarding Role
  • Starting salary of up to £32,000 based on experience, plus performance-related bonus
  • 40-hour week, Monday to Friday with hybrid working from home
