Job Summary
This property developer in Preston is looking for a Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join them and help deliver a variety of build projects.Acting as the main contractor, you'll be given a the design drawings and lead the subcontractors on site to deliver the finished build on time and budget. Ideally you'll have experience with groundworks, but you'll have the support of consultants as needed along with the internal Construction Director.
Post completion you'll be leading on snagging etc, and making sure the handover to the end user goes well.
