About the Position:
The Senior Estates Manager will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management both freehold and leasehold property assets, ensuring that the portfolio performing at their peak. This role requires a proactive leader who can help shape and implement the vision for the family's future growth and development.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance the portfolio's value and performance.
- Oversee all aspects of lease administration, property transactions, and capital investment initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with legal standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
