Job Summary
Project Manager – Project Administration, Data CentresTokyo
Key responsibilities:
- Assist Project Director in administration of project documents, and managing contracts with suppliers, contractors, and consultants and assist in payment processes
- Co-ordinate with external project manager and construction manager such as meetings and meeting minutes and follow up
- Organise project reporting for Project Management Office and project stakeholders
- Assist in change control process of the project and follow through on each change request
- Assist in co-ordination with external legal advisors on legal document reviews
- University graduate with at least 5 years working experience and prior experience in project administration
- Relevant experience in project and contract management is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English and Japanese
- Adaptive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
