As group CEO, Peter oversees Macdonald & Company across the international offices. Peter is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked in the Real Estate Human Capital & Talent Sector for over twenty years. He specialises in advising clients globally upon topics such as staff retention, talent selection, recruitment, mergers and acquisition, human resource policy and remuneration bench-marking and advice.

Simon has worked for Macdonald & Company for two decades, becoming Manager Director for the UK in 2019. He leads the successful contract and permanent teams across the real estate sector. Simon's energy and motivation to supply unparalleled talent solutions to customers remain consistent as the day he joined.

Will has been leading international business lines and client engagement at Macdonald & Company for over twenty years. Starting in London, Will set up the Asia business of Macdonald & Company in 2006, and now oversees the business in Hong Kong, Singapore and China. Will engages with senior business leaders from all over the world with regard to their plans for Asia, advising on senior level hiring strategies and projects, as well as office location, business partners, capital raising, and remuneration policies.

Will has been based in Singapore as Managing Director from 2012. His experience in multiple international locations has led to a broad spectrum of knowledge in the real estate and related assets industry. Will works closely with an array of real estate companies across Singapore and Asia Pacific, appointing c-suite executive and senior positions that specialise in capital raising, investment and funds, finance, development and core business operations to name but a few.

Ania has led the German offices at Macdonald & Company since 2016, initially out of London. In 2018, she moved to Germany and set up the Frankfurt office, before establishing another office Dusseldorf after rapid expansion in the German real estate and related assets market.

As the Managing Principal for Macdonald & Company's North American business, Alex leads the growing U.S. division; focused on the search and placement of real estate professionals in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. Alex possesses more than ten years of experience appointing mid and senior-level real estate professionals, for a client base of Real Estate Developers, Investors, Owners, and Operators across all major markets in Texas, as well as Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee.

A year after joining the London team in 2005, Julie set off to her home country of South Africa to open the Johannesburg office which she continues to manage. As her team has evolved her role has changed to focus on business and staff development, but she remains a hands-on consultant in executive assignments throughout the sub-Saharan continent. Widely regarded as the most networked recruiter for the African real estate market, Julie works with developers, investors, consultancies, contractors and financial institutions in formulating and executing expansion and operational strategies which are underpinned by introducing the right leaders.
