You will also be on hand to help with the overall maintenance of the portfolio alongside the Maintenance Team. Quite a brief explanation! But you must be MRICS and will need experience of dilapidations, party wall services, lease matters, defect analysis, Employers Agent, Schedules of Conditions and acquisitions to be considered to have the ability to undertake their current and future workload.
Salary circa £55k + Car.
