Clientside Building Surveyor - North West

Working directly for a company is always a big pull for Building Surveyors and Project delivery professionals I speak to. I can see why. For example; moving from consultancy to work directly for the client is a massive difference in workload, work/life balance and the pressure and priorities all change.

A new opportunity to either move clientside or across from another in-house establishment has arisen for a Building Surveyor in the North West.

With a programme of works mostly consisting of refurbs on properties across a North West portfolio, we are hoping to speak to building surveyor/project professionals that have at least 2-3 years experience and the ability to work autonomously in a small team. Liaising with key stakeholders & contract admin experience would also be ideal.
