This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Property Investment and Development company in the South East as they own in excess of £250m AUM.

About the role
As a Property Surveyor you will be working with the Investment & Development Director on commercial properties, completing Landlord and Tenant duties including rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations, service charge and business rates management. You will also work alongside our Property Manager, helping to look after PPM as part of the Service Charge budget management.

About the ideal candidate
You will need to be an MRICS General Practice Surveyor (or be late stage in the APC process). You will need experience completing lease renewals and rent reviews. A full driving licence is essential.
Our client is open minded to recruiting at 2 levels, either someone with 2 years PQE or a more senior candidate that can manage the department.
