Regional property organisation have need for an additional Commercial Estates Manager to be based around the wider County Durham area. The successful candidate will be involved in the full Estates function (Rent reviews, lease renewals, property management, valuation work, acquisitions/disposals, lettings etc). The position is to manage a mixed commercial portfolio including office, industrial, retail and land. Applicants will be F/MRICS qualified (or very nearly there!), and ideally hold registered valuer status. Salary circa £35/£45,000 DOE and qualifications.
