South Manchester based commercial property company are seeking to hire an experienced Estates / Property Manager.
This privately owned business, own and manage a predominantly commercial portfolio, (Office, Retail & Industrial) spread around the wider North West region. They now have need for a pro-active Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS Qualified) with at least 5-10 years post-qualification experience. This individual will have a mixed background, proficient in managing most estate management matters (incl rent reviews/lease renewal, lettings/leasing, property management, service charge issues, H&S, etc. The chosen person will be IT literate and experienced in using estate management software. They will also be a great communicator and have first class customer service skills.
