A leading player in the turnkey design and build business with excellent local and internal brand recognition is in search of a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Johannesburg.
The Country Marketing Leader is responsible for delivering the marketing campaigns across South Africa and the different touch points. This role is a key face of Marketing to customers and has significant influence on business results and future growth. To achieve success in the role you will need to exhibit an understanding of markets and buyers to develop top-of-the-class marketing campaigns in line with the product go-to-market and overall business and marketing objectives. You must work cross-functionally, coordinating efforts with different teams (e.g. Campaign, Content and Sales Enablement) and will manage the brand.
You will need at least 5 years business to business demand creation experience (within real estate) and 3 years business to business digital/inbound marketing including content marketing, content syndication ability to leverage social media to seed demand and search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM). CRM, marketing automation, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) is also vital.
