We are working exclusively with a very exciting developer who works within the Senior Living sector. They are moving into the next growth phase of the business and looking for an additional high calibre and ambitious property professional to join the existing development team. 


The Person

To be successful you will have a demonstrable track record of working within either senior living, residential, co living or PBSA sectors, new build and refurbishment schemes. Along with the ability to take ownership and lead work streams through the development life-cycle.

• Conducting site appraisals, valuations and ensures schemes are both implementable and deliverable.
• Advising on the procurement process and commercial aspects of the projects.
• Identifying the most appropriate solutions that work with the building, the planning constraints, the market and budgetary limitations.
• Ability to determine best value in a scheme and effectively manage the performance of the asset regarding value, programme, cost, finance and exit strategy.
