This role will initially be to manage the mobilisation period, including managing the asset, capital expenditure, planned and reactive maintenance and regulatory compliance issues across the properties, liaising with internal & external professional to ensure this is done efficiently & effectively. This will include handling Health & Safety management systems, supply chain set up & programming, PPM matters, security policies etc. The successful candidate will split their time between Facilities Management, Tenant Engagement, Administrative & Budgetary Control matters, H&S and undertaking major & minor projects.
Applicants will be IOSH qualified, ideally with a Building Services qualification, have a good knowledge of security processes and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Interested parties MUST be able to demonstrate undertaking an FM role within an Office/Commercial Property (Office / Retail) environment, ideally with experience of the mobilisation process.
