A small company in the North West is looking for a Building Surveyor to set up a new offering of a Homebuyers Building Surveying department.
It's a superb opportunity to join a company in its infancy and make a real difference, rather than just being another surveyor at a larger firm.
You do need to have done them before so you can hit the ground running, so AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS chartership is essential, as is being a registered valuer.
