A leading REIT with strong brand recognition and an excellent reputation is currently recruiting for an Industrial Leasing Consultant. Your primary role will be to minimise vacancy levels across the allocated portfolio.
You will need to be a top performer to apply for this role, who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience leasing big box industrial spaces to blue chip tenants in the Western Cape.
The successful applicant should have a great network of brokers and landlord contacts across Cape Town, good energy and the ability to "roll with the punches", be able to think "out the box" and market properties in a unique manner and lastly, he / she should be a deal maker with decent admin skills.
