A major UK land and property owner need an interim property manager with who can take responsibility for the following:
- Strategic portfolio management to maximise returns
- Drafting heads of terms, leases with regard to new and existing tenancies
- Rent reviews, lease renewals and service charge management
Key to the role is the liaison and interaction with landlords, tenants, the facilities team and external contractors therefore good communication skills are paramount.
Initially a three to six month appointment, there is the possibility of a longer term arrangement on offer for the right candidate.
