One of the world's largest investors in real estate has created an exciting new position for an Investment & Asset Manager to join the SEA team focusing upon Vietnam.

You will be joining the SEA team based in Singapore to implement our clients strategy to build its global real estate portfolio, with the primary objective of achieving superior long-term risk adjusted returns.
As an Associate / AVP in the team, you will help the SEA team expand the existing direct portfolio which includes commercial, hospitality, retail and residential with a focus on Vietnam.
You will undertake market research, financial modelling, feasibility studies and report their findings to the senior team and provide guidance and views on prospective deals and existing assets. Associates/AVPs are encouraged to think critically and proactively share their views.
You will form an integral part of the team dealing with the entire deal process including investment feasibility, due diligence, negotiation, structuring, administration and closing.
You will also assist with the management of the existing portfolio working closely with other partners, managers or agents including producing annual strategic asset plans and budgets and ensuring these are carried out.
Assist in managing the deal process, from feasibility studies to preparing internal approval papers to due diligence, negotiation, structuring, documentation and closing. Ability to multi-task and manage processes are critical.
You will play a key role in managing the existing portfolio by working with JV partners or service providers (eg. property managers, leasing agents). Key tasks include the development of annual strategic asset plans, budgets and overseeing their effective implementation. Effective engagement of counterparties and oversight at the strategic level is key.
You will actively monitor the ongoing performance of the assets through regular review of asset performance against budgets and benchmarks.
You will work with senior members of the team in business development and relationship building.
Do you have?
A Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or a similar discipline.
At least 2 ‐3 years' relevant working experience in investment and/or asset management in real estate industry. Exposure to the Vietnam property market will be advantageous.
