- BS/BA in Finance, Economics or related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant real estate acquisition and asset management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and modelling, accounting fundamentals and local real estate market
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- A high degree of accuracy, thoroughness and attention to details
- Competent in Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
