Responsibilities
- Carrying out all the activities required for the profit-oriented rental of shopping centers
- Responsible for the identification and acquisition of new potential national and international tenants by actively addressing them - using your own network
- The development and implementation of marketing strategies under observation of the marketability as well as independent implementation of all measures including budget preparation and responsibility are also part of your tasks
- Creating individual offers as well as conduct contract negotiations up to the successful conclusion of the rental agreement (new letting and existing)
- Responsible for establishing and expanding a resilient network to the relevant retailers / market participants
Requirements
- Real estate-specific degree or training
- Several years of professional experience and success in the development of rental strategies as well as in the active rental of retail properties
- In-depth knowledge of the German retail property market
- Confident negotiation as well as a good knowledge of commercial tenancy and tenancy law are your strengths
- Strong personality with a confident, serious, sympathetic and obliging demeanour as well as a passion for the retail real estate industry
- You have a high level of personal responsibility, initiative and social competence
- Very good written and spoken English skills
