You’d be looking after a portfolio of around 1300 units with a mix of maintenance, surveys and projects up to around £1m in value. The portfolio is a mix of residential, retail and industrial units, and your team would be looking after them all – no mean feat!
You do need to be MRICS chartered or similar, with some management or mentorship experience in your past, and be familiar with property maintenance on different types of property (ideally residential in particular)
