Job Duties

  • Manage general office administration, maintenance and HR fuctions
  • Establish and implement administration policies and guidelines
  • Prepare annual budgets, monitoring and controlling office expenses
  • Ad Hoc projects as required

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken and written in English is a must
  • Good PC knowledge, Powerpoint/Word/Excel
  • Good manners, self-motivated and hard-working
